STOCK from a Malvern DIY shop will be sold off this weekend following the collapse of the Focus chain.
Administrators Ernst and Young have announced closing down sales will start at Focus DIY stores this weekend after the firm went into administration.
The administrators have found buyers for 55 of the chain’s stores, but have so far refused to say if the deal includes Malvern.
The remaining stores will close and staff will be made redundant.
Simon Allport, from Ernst and Young, said: “We have been working hard to sell the business as a going concern.
While we have been successful in securing up to 900 jobs from the sale of 55 stores, finding a buyer for the whole of the business has not been possible.”
The store in Spring Lane, Malvern, employs about 25 people.
Customers with product order queries should contact 0800 436436 (freephone) or 01270 503454 (local rate).
