AND FINALLY – HUGE PAYMENT PROTECTION INSURANCE COURT VICTORY

Loan/credit card payment protection insurance mis-selling was a financial scandal. Banks wanted to stop the regulator, the FSA, making them contact victims (even those who hadn’t complained), but the case was kicked out. Even better, the banks have decided not to appeal. This means the ‘hold’ is now over, they must revisit old complaints and must contact people who might not know they’ve been mis-sold. If you took out a loan in the last six years, reclaim now – don’t assume they’ll contact you. Check at moneysavingexpert.com/ppi.

Payouts can be £1,000s.
