A BARN with 30 tonnes of hay inside has been torched in an arson attack.
Police have arrested two people seen running from the scene at Newhouse Farm in Guarlford Road at Guarlford, near Malvern.
The fire was discovered at about 9pm on Sunday, when an open-sided Dutch barn was seen "well alight".
Weeks of dry weather will have made the hay highly flammable.
Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service sent two fire crews to tackle the fire backed by a water carrier truck.
A service spokeswoman said: "We asked for the police to attend as ayouth was seen running from the scene."
