Firefighters rescue stuck horse
A HORSE had to be rescued by firefighters this morning after it got stuck in a ditch.
Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service were called to the scene on Crookbarrow Road, in Norton, near Worcester at 8.50am.
The road was closed until 9.45am, while firefighters successfully rescued the horse using a winch and airbags.
A vet was on hand to check the condition of the horse.
