A WOMAN was the victim of an attempted robbery last week as she walked down a Worcester road.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident which happened in Randwick Drive in Warndon between 6pm and 6.30pm on Thursday, January 27.
The woman was walking along the road when a man approached her and threatened her as she approached the junction with Tetbury Drive.
She pushed him away and ran off.
Det Con Andy Standing, investigating, said: “We would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information on the offender.”
The offender is described as having a pale complexion with blond/ginger stubble and between 5’4 and 5’8’’ tall. He was wearing a black hoody with white writing on the front and black tracksuit bottoms.
