THERE are a lot of east Europeans in Worcester these days. Many - though not all - will be doing jobs the indigenous Brits wouldn't touch with a barge pole.
In the countryside, the food we eat is being gathered by people far from their native lands. This is because Britons no longer have the stamina or inclination to perform back-breaking work.
I was a farm labourer during my young days. it was hard work - sometimes, in summer I would dive into the local river to cool off after a hard day's graft. Pansy British youths are no longer capable of such labour so no one should moan or say uncharitable things about others who want to do work we no longer countenance.
