THE Hereford and Worcester Earth Heritage Trust has been given more than £70,000 in funding by the Area of Outstanding Beauty Unit.
This will be used to develop a geological trail through Abberly and Malvern Hills Geopark.
Locally, the walk will go from Hollybush car park to Hollybush Roughs and will be accompanied by an informative leaflet.
Natalie Watkins, from Earth Heritage Trust, said: "This is an extremely exciting project.
"We're looking especially for those places where we can highlight interesting examples of geology and landscape, bio-diversity, fascinating archeological sites, local distinctiveness and history."
The public can get involved by attending a meeting at Martley Village Hall on Monday (September 11), at 7pm.
The Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty Unit, together with Butterly Conservation, is also producing a colourful booklet on the butterflies and day-flying moths of the Malvern Hills.
