BARNARDS Green seconds entertained Studley and put them in on a wicket that saw over 600 runs the previous day.
BARNARDS GREEN SUNDAY II v STUDLEY
Kingsley Warren got the Green off to a good start, removing opener Eversham (5) and Landell (0), thanks to a well-taken catch by Adam Price.
Dave Price bowled a good line for four wickets, including a great catch by J Longmore.
Price eventually bowled J Nazir for 135 but the damage had already been done. Captain Marek Wajzer brought himself on to bowl and soon after Studley were all out, the skipper taking four wickets, two of which were superb catches from keeper Robin Longmore. Studley were all out for 236 off 41.3 overs.
Matt Higgs (12) and Justin McMillan (19) did well to see off the quick bowling of Nazir.
A Bray (5-50) caused the Green trouble and the wickets started to fall. R Longmore (30) hit a succession of boundaries before giving an easy catch and Wajzer was run out. J Longmore (30no) and J Plant (12) provided some entertainment before last man Warren was stumped first ball, giving Studley a 89-run win.
