Bewdley's brave attempts to go for a victory against Brockhampton in Division One backfired when they conceded a winning draw with the last ball of the game.
Brockhampton batted first and put together a competitive total of 223-9 despite figures of 5-81 and 2-47 from Jono Boult and Mike Harris and top notch fielding.
Boult also starred with the bat, making 72 as Bewdley chased the total.
But Harris was stumped going for the one run needed to tie or two for the win off the very last ball to leave Bewdley with a losing draw.
Cookley continue to bob around in mid-table in Division Three North after a one-wicket narrow defeat at high-flying Pedmore in a rain-affected match.
Batting first in difficult, drizzling conditions they crumbled to 157 all out, while Pedmore responded with 160-9.
Stourport slipped to third in Division Three North but extended their unbeaten run to five games after a winning draw against local neighbours Cutnall Green.
After electing to bat they posted a competitive 282-7 with Dave Cook top-scoring with 66.
Saleem (5-95) was the best bowler for Cutnall Green who then failed to build on P Huttings' innings of 93 and batted defensively to restrict Stourport to a winning draw.
Andy Platt was in fine form with 5-59 as Cutnall Green were restricted to 209-6.
Second teams
Cookley ran leaders Pedmore close at Lea Lane but ended up losing by just one wicket as their 199-9 was eclipsed by the visitors' 200-9.
Gavin Brown (60) top scored with the bat while Simon Anderson (5-83) was the pick of Cookley's bowlers.
Stourport were made to pay for a below-par performance as they slumped to only their second defeat of the season to Cutnall Green in Division Three North.
Asked to bat, Cutnall Green rattled up a decent total of 224 despite the form of Stourport's Mark Guest (4-71).
Stourport batsmen made little impact and with wickets falling regularly they were all out for 85 in the 35th over.
Kadoos took five wickets and Willis six as Cutnall Green won by 139 runs.
Brockhampton showed little concern for the Bewdley bowling attack as they clinched a 105-run win in Division One.
They posted a hefty 274-6 despite the best efforts of Scott Fowler who took 2-53.
Bewdley failed to get anywhere near the total, although Richie Harris did his best with a knock of 31.
