WYRE Forest golfers Tina Wooldridge, April Whetton and Annette Kirk were yodelling with delight after celebrating victory at an international golf competition in Austria.
Kidderminster's Wooldridge (nine handicap) and Stourport's Whetton (16) and Kirk (20) teamed up with Sapey Golf Club colleague Pat Watkins (10) from Ledbury to clinch glory.
The three-day MW Classic 2006 tournament at the Schwarzee golf club in Kitzbuhel involved a 3/4 handicap betterball and a full handicap stableford.
The ladies who qualified by winning their regional heat and finishing runner up in the UK finals, won the grand final with a total of 283 points.
Team captain Wooldridge won a two-day holiday for the best ladies' score of 35 points.
