KIDDERMINSTER'S Andrew Beeston is shaping up for the British National Body Building Federation's national final after winning the central heats.
The 19-year-old beat off competition from eight rivals to triumph in the under-21 section.
Beeston, who trains at Unique Fitness in Mill Street, got down from 81 kilos to 67 kilos in preparation for the heats.
His regime includes cardio vascular exercise every day and weightlifting three times a week as well as cutting down on fats and carbohydrates.
The grand final takes place at a venue to be decided in early October.
