Drivers in Worcester can expect delays due to roadworks throughout the city over the coming weeks.
Temporary traffic lights will be operating on Bromwich Road, St John's, between the junctions with Weir Lane and Cormorant Rise, until Tuesday, August 15, for gas pipe work.
Hold-ups are still expected along London Road, from Sidbury to Wych Elm Close, as Severn Trent renews water mains. Temporary traffic lights are operating.
Severn Trent is also working on a flood alleviation scheme in Canterbury Road and Carlisle Road, Newtown. The roads will be closed until Tuesday, August 22, and diversions will operate.
Drainage, footpath and kerbing work on Diglis Road, Diglis, until Friday September 1, will mean temporary traffic lights.
Newport Street is closed until Sunday, October 1, for sewer construction work, while Gillam Street, Lansdowne, has temporary traffic lights at its junction with Merrimans Hill until Monday, September 4.
Hylton Road will be closed on Sunday, August 5, for resurfacing work.
