A TOP Spa musician has scooped an award for his performance during the Droitwich Music Festival.
Paul Rose, 29, from Claines, was given the best busker award 2006 for his showing at one of the town's 'Busk Stops'.
The competition was run and organised by Wychavon District Council and judged by local musician Mike Johns and the festival committee.
Judge Mike Johns said: "All of the buskers did really well and some even used the opportunity to raise cash for charity."
Droitwich's third annual music festival ran for two weeks from Sunday, July 2 until Saturday, July 15 and featured a number of top musical acts at open air and indoor venues across the town.
