A DINING table and chairs were among litter collected by councillors and residents in Church Hill.
A litter pick was held around the perimeter of Ravens Bank, Church Hill Middle School and surrounding closes.
It was the latest in a series of litter picks run by Church Hill councillors and the group collected 12 bags of rubbish, which also included a car wheel with tyre, sections of wire fencing, large pieces of glass and big bits of wood.
Ward councillor Bill Hartnett said: "We see this as part of our duty as ward councillors and part of our community engagement.
"It is us doing our little bit to make Church Hill cleaner, green and safer."
