REDDITCH YMCA joined forces with Church Hill Middle School for an end of term fitness week.
Pupils were issued with a pedometer and asked questions about their diet and healthy eating habits. Youngsters from the Woodpiece Lane school hopped, jumped and danced to find ways to maximise their pedometers' readings and the programme finished with everyone involved walking a mile on the last day of term.
YMCA community manager Darren Veness said he enjoyed watching the innovative ways pupils moved about to increase their pedometer readings.
