STAR Quality, the wickedly funny play by Noel Coward, shines an illuminating light on life behind the scenes of a West End production, at the Everyman Theatre this week.
The production stars awarding-winning stage and screen actress Nichola McAuliffe known to television audiences for her roles as Anita in Coronation Street and as Sheila Sabatini in Surgical Spirit.
She is joined by David Griffin who played the ever put-upon neighbour Emmet in the enormously popular comedy Keeping Up Appearances and Judy Buxton star of On The Up with Dennis Waterman.
Set in the 1950s Star Quality shows the action behind the scenes of a new West End production. With an unforgettable gallery of characters Coward creates a wonderfully authentic world of talent and treachery in what was to be his final play.
Star Quality runs until this Saturday.
