A MAN was taken to hospital this week after apparently falling from a lorry travelling through Evesham.
Police are mystified by the incident which left the victim with a broken arm, cuts and bruises.
And they have appealed for help from members of the public who might have witnessed the incident which occurred in Common Road near its junction with Conduit Hill about 9.45pm on Monday. They would also like to hear from anyone who saw the vehicle being driven in the area before the accident occurred.
Police spokesman Mike Vockins said the man was believed to have been a passenger in a yellow Ford Transit flat-bed truck when the incident happened. He was taken by ambulance to the Alexandra Hospital in Redditch where he was treated and discharged the following day.
Witnesses should contact the police on 08457 444 888.
