AFTER 13 sensational years in the West End the legendary musical production Buddy, The Buddy Holly Story, comes to Malvern from next month.
Over thirty years ago, the man who changed the face of popular music died in a plane crash aged 22.
Buddy tells the story of the three years in which he became the world's top recording artist with a show that features more than 20 of Buddy Holly's greatest hits including Peggy Sue, That'll Be The Day, Oh Boy, Rave On and Heartbeat.
Experience the ups and downs of Holly's budding musical career as he strives to fulfil his potential genius. The heart warming tale of a small town all-American boy is told with care, detail and a great deal of humour.
The musical takes place at the Malvern Theatre from Monday to Saturday, August 14 to 19. Call the box office on 01684 892277 or online at www.malvern-theatres.co.uk.
