ON reading about the council's refusal for a caravan park to expand to take on extra vans, I feel I had to write this letter.
This caravan site in Far Forest is a well-managed, well-kept site and probably the best site in Wyre Forest.
The view from residents that it would ruin the countryside is not true as the site is situated behind hedges and can only be seen as you approach the site from Bewdley.
As nearly most weekends a rally is held on this site, the roads around it have always been well used - and caravan drivers are probably the most careful when small roads are approached.
I feel sorry for the farmer who wants to make a living.
Maybe he should start a pig farm and give the neighbours something to object to.
