TWO prestigious guests will visit Sheep 2006, a major industry event at the Three Counties Showground next month.
The Princess Royal and Lord Rooker, the Minister of State for Sustainable Farming and Food, will both be present at the National Sheep Association event on Wednesday, August 2.
Delegates from Canada, Denmark, Holland, Sweden and the USA are also expected at the show, which should attract more than 12,000 visi- tors.
There will be live exhibits from 55 breed associations and 260 trade stands. Five working areas will focus on a range of industry issues -- production, marketing, consumption, environment and conservation issues and traditions.
