THE life-saving skills of a Malvern Hills police sergeant helped her team to a double victory.
Sgt Teresa Myatt, with four colleagues from the West Mercia Constabulary area, won two prizes in the annual police life-saving awards in the Serpentine, Hyde Park, London.
The team triumphed in the unknown open water incident and first aid category and for overall performance.
"This was the first time that West Mercia had won either of the trophies and the first time any force had taken both titles simultaneously. so we are doubly delighted and proud," said Sgt Myatt.
