CREAM teas were the order of the day in Neen Savage as residents celebrated the re-opening of their village hall.

To mark Saturday's occasion, there were displays from different groups which use the venue, including Neen Savage WI, the village's history society and musicians.

The hall opened its doors again following the completion of an extension, which cost £18,000.

It was funded by a grant of £5,000 from the Onyx Environ-mental Trust as well as money from Bridgnorth Council and the National Lottery.
