CRICKET: A SUN-DRENCHED day gave batsmen the upper hand in the Wilden Industrial Estates League on Sunday.
Leaders Worths went on a run riot when they totalled 330-5 against Moat Farm.
Mark Moss hit 108 while Craig Siwicki (95) and Ian Delo (95) just missed out on their tons in a 185-run win.
Spennells were also in big-hitting form when they raced to 267-9 in a comfortable success over George.
Andy Unitt made 105 not out and Simon Cook 70 for Spennells and Bob Clarke was unfortunate to be on the losing side after reaching 103 for George in reply.
Roxel, champions in Division C of the Wednesday League, finished the campaign unbeaten after a 10-wicket victory over Arley.
Matt Davies (75 not out) and Ross Tovey (78 not out) starred with the bat for the champions while Joe Tromans responded with a defiant 94 for Arley.
