YOUNGSTERS and parents from a popular district club have had some fun thanks to a visit from a feathered friend during a special activity day.
Members of Wyre Forest Twins and More Support Group, which was formed seven years ago, got together for the event on Monday last week.
More than 30 children enjoyed a bouncy castle, face painting and a visit from the Midlands Birds of Prey Rescue Team to mark National Twins Awareness Week.
Heather Darby, events co-ordinator for the group, said: "It went really well and I think everyone who came along enjoyed themselves.
"We meet every week and are always on the look-out for new members. We offer advice, share our experiences, we have a nurse that comes in to talk about health issues, meet up to go out on trips and nights out. We do quite a lot of fun things for the kids and parents as well."
The club, which now has 20 families on its books, meets every Monday, between 2pm and 4pm, at Kidderminster's St Cecilia's Church Hall, in Hoo Road. Anyone interested in joining can contact Mrs Darby on 01384 293382.
