Evesham Jubilee Society
PHIL'S Pool produced excellent weighs at the latest open match last Saturday.
Tim Hunt led the way with a new match record at the venue weighing in 61.4.0 of mainly silver fish.
Good back-up weighs were recorded by all competitors with Dougie Smith in second place with 41.11.0 and Gary Seadon third (29.14.0).
The following day members met at Diglis on the River Severn for a Severn Shield match. First on the day was Colin Petifer who placed 4.6.8 on the scales to see off the threat of Graham Mytton (3.11.0) and Steve Rogers (2.11.0).

A Prize Match will be held at the Fishery on Sunday and members are asked to note the later draw time of 1pm.
Members are asked to bring two nets if possible because there will be a prize for the top roach catch of the day.
Evesham District Disabled AC
TEN members met at Manor Farm on the Middle Pool for the last match of the Fiesta Cakes Evening Summer League.
The winner was Gavin Griffiths who weighed in 65.0.0 on bread to see off the challenges of Bill Scarrott (47.4.0), Jerry Akerman (45.8.0) and Rob Campden (44.12.0).
The next match is tonight on the same Harvington water ahead of Sunday's match on the Manor's Windmill lake.
Evesham Youth AC
JAMES Kalet, Mathew Kinnersley, Craig Aylett and Will Beasley topped their sections after Monday's fifth round action in the Journal Series on Crown Meadow.
Members will be taking part in a scramble on the Avon between the mills in Tewkesbury on Sunday, August 6.
The draw will take place at 9am with fishing for four hours from 10. Meet at Healings Mill Bridge.

LUKE BARTLETT topped the weights at the club's latest match fished on the River Severn at Kempsey.
The next match takes place at Littleton, draw 9am.

Evesham WMC
THERE was a reversal of positions at Rissington Road for Mick Brooks and Mart Woods with the former taking top spot with 197.12.0 of carp on the pole.
The runner-up weighed in 130lbs of carp using the same method followed by Robin Locke with 111.8.0 and Barry Acker (110.4.0).
The next match is at Crop-thorne, draw 7am.
