MY and wife and myself are in our mid-70s. I am an ex-serviceman and both of us have disabilities.

In May I paid £30 for my parking pass but in June I changed my car and went to the council to have the registration number changed on my pass only to be told I would have to pay another £30 which I declined.

I got in touch with Bromsgrove District Council and they said this charge was correct. In effect the car I have just bought has just cost me another £30.

This can't be right and fair. I think it is diabolical and I have sent a copy of this letter to our local MP, Julie Kirkbride.
