BAGGIES legend Bob Taylor is set to take on his former employers today (12 noon) when he lines up for Kidder-minster Harriers in a pre-season encounter.
Striker Taylor, who has also played for Cheltenham and turned out for Tamworth in the Conference last season, is at Aggborough on trial.
Harriers manager Mark Yates said: "Bob is a good mate of mine and at the moment he needs games and it gives us an opportunity to have a good look at him.
"It is an arrangement that suits both parties and I'm sure the Albion fans will relish him being here."
Yates added: "It's a game we're all looking forward to. It gives me a chance to look again at all of the players, including the trialists.
"I'm not sure what team they'll bring exactly, but it's going to be a mixture of first-team players and youngsters. Whoever they bring, it will be a good test for us."
Meanwhile, Harriers' friendly with Wolves, scheduled for July 31, has been cancelled.
The Coca-Cola Champion-ship side were due to visit Aggborough, but the game has been scrapped in the wake of Glenn Hoddle's resignation.
Wolves requested the game be cancelled as it would have put strain on their already thin squad, who are due to play Aston Villa on July 29.
