MALVERN Town start their programme of pre-season friendlies tomorrow (Saturday) with a trip to Bridgnorth Town (3pm) and then welcome Worcester City to Langland Stadium (7.45pm) on Wednesday (July 19).
Manager Paul Molloy will be starting the season with several new players as many of last year's promotion winning side have followed former manager Neil Hunt to Evesham United.
Molloy said: "They have done me a favour really, because it has allowed me to bring in a number of players that I want, that want to play for me and want to play for Malvern Town.
"Training has been going really well and we are looking forward to the season. I will know more by the early part of next week because there are several players who I aim to sign this weekend."
Two new players who have already signed are left midfielder Jamie Hyde, formerly with Worcester City, and Wesley Joyce, a striker or central defender, who has had spells with Worcester City and Evesham United.
Town have drawn Quorn or Arnold Town (A) in the FA Cup on Saturday, September 2, Stourbridge (H) in the FA Trophy and Cinderford Town (A) in the League Cup.
