BROMSGROVE Golf Club duo Kerry Coulter and Alison Carter will be playing at the famous St Andrews course in the final of the UK Public Golf Course Championships.
The pairing will be representing the club on September 17 at what is thought to be golf's spiritual home after success at the regional championships.
Kerry Coulter enjoyed more success by coming seventh at the Ladies Golf Union National finals, which were held at Trentham Park Golf Club.
The club's pairings had a field day as the senior men saw off Wharton Park 4.5-1.5 at the Stratford Road venue.
The pairings of Chris Steel and Mike Mortimer, John Brotherwood and Derek Taylor, John Kelly and Garrick Price and John Foster and Peter Davis were victorious to ensure the men's team have six wins out of 11 games.
Bromsgrove's senior ladies got the better of Redditch team Abbey Park 3-1, while the juniors drew 2-2 with Robin Hood GC.
