ON Friday - the first anniversary of the London terrorist bombings - I was shocked and saddened to see few people in the Kidderminster branch of Marks & Spencer pause for even one second in memory of the dead and injured, despite an announcement over the public address system.
Admittedly the announcement was not given firmly or loudly, but no such announcement should have been needed.
Fifty-two people died as they went about their ordinary lives and others will struggle with their physical and mental injuries for the rest of their lives.
Is two minutes too much to ask as we go safely about our ordinary lives?
