TWENTY organisations in the Vale are to receive a share of more than £12,000 from Evesham Town Council.
Members of the town council will award a number of clubs and groups in recognition of their services to the community.
The town's Citizen's Advice Bureau will receive the biggest share of the funding at £6,120 with Vale of Evesham Volunteer Centre set to benefit from £1,950.
Avonbank Brass Band in Evesham is to gain £800, Evesham Twinning Association will be granted £400 and Evesham and District Fairtrade Group will get £500.
The Evesham branch of the Royal British Legion will receive £350 and Evesham Hospital Radio will get a £200 share of the funding. Other clubs include Evesham Sea Cadets which will receive £350 while Evesham Cricket Club, Evesham and District Older People's Forum and Evesham Swimming Club will all get £200 each.
