KIDDERMINSTER Harriers banged in four goals in 21 first half minutes on Thursdy night to bring an end EVesham's ggod run of form in warm-up matches.
The Robins were lacking several regulars and experienced striker Iyseden Christie took full advantage.
Christie opened the scoring after 13 minutes before setting up Gareth Sheldon for a second five minutes later.
Tim Clarke denied the lively Christie a second but he couldn't prevent Simon Russell forcing in the rebound.
The goalkeeper's long kick set up Jamie Bailey for United's best chance but the forward volleyed his effort narrowly wide.
And, Harriers went straight down the other end where more sloppy defending allowed Russell to make it 4-0 with 11 minutes of the half remaining.
Richard Robinson volleyed a good chance wide for the hosts a minute into the second period when the game was more evenly matched.
Chances were at a premium although Richard Ball will have been disappointed not to have scored with an 80th minute opportunity.
Kidderminster completed their nap hand a minute from time when Gary McPhee netted at the near post past substitute keeper Darren Knurek.
The Robins' next friendly action is at Stratford Town on Saturday (3pm).
Next Wednesday evening, August 10, the club's youth team faces the Ambassador in a friendly (7.30).
The club has organised a coach for the opening Southern League Premier Division game at Tiverton on August 13.
It will leave the High Street at 10.30am and seats can be booked by ringing the club on 01386 442303.
