ROAD-WORKS on the A38 had little effect on the times recorded in the Velo Club Sevale's 10-mile time trial last week.
It was a good night for the club, with members taking the first six places, all recording times under 26 minutes. Nick Stinton's 23min 56secs won the event, with Brian Boswell and Will Davies tieing for second place in 24min 19sec.

The next event is a 10-mile time trial using the Severn Stoke course again, on Thursday, May 4, starting at 7pm.
