POWICK Football Club are still chasing honours on three fronts and start with their attempt to win the Martley Cup on Sunday.
Having beaten Hallow WMCA 3- 1 in the semi-final, Powick will be playing Martley at St George's Lane, home of Worcester City FC, this Sunday (April 30), kick-off 7pm.
Powick defeated Tolladine Sports, the champions of the Worcester League premier division, 7-6 away on Saturday with Dean Drinkwater and Tim Lambeth grabbing hat-tricks.
With three games remaining, they are well-positioned to take the runners-up spot.
Powick Sunday team have one remaining game and if they can beat Claines, then they will be crowned champions of Worcester Sunday League division one.
This was helped by an excellent 3-1 win against Perrywood Reserves on Sunday, with goals from Adam Soley, Stu Harvey and Tim Lambeth.
