A TAXI driver from Kidderminster has appeared before a judge at Worcester Crown Court accused of kidnapping a customer.
The case of Abdul Rashid, 37, of Primrose Crescent, Kidderminster, was adjourned for two weeks. He is charged with the kidnap of Alan Stokes on November 17 last year.
Defence barrister Michael Aspinall said Rashid had gone to Pakistan to be with his grandfather who was terminally ill.
