BILL Wiggin and his wife Milly are celebrating the birth of a baby boy.
Toby Donald Alfred Wiggin was born at Hereford County Hospital weighing a healthy 8lbs 12oz and mum Milly is recovering from the caesarean.
Toby is the Leominster MP and Milly's third child and joins Rosie, aged four, and Jack, aged one. The delighted MP said: "This is a marvellous way to begin the spring and the Easter holiday season and I am delighted that Toby and Milly are doing well.
"Our two other children, Rosie and Jack, are very happy to have a new younger brother and are celebrating along with the rest of the family.
"Toby has already brought us all a lot of joy and happiness and I would like to thank all of the staff of Hereford County Hospital who have done a tremendous job looking after Milly during her operation.
"I am particularly grateful to the surgeon Dr Cohn and the anaesthetist Dr Salmon who did such a fantastic job delivering the baby and taking care of Milly.
"Both of my sons have now been born at Hereford County Hospital and the members of staff have always made Milly and I feel very comfortable."
