WELFORD wrapped up the Cutler Division Three title as on an afternoon when Danny Valentino cemented his place at the top of the Stratford Alliance list of scorers and Henley fluffed a couple of penalties.
Valentino netted twice in the Cynder Meadow side's 2-0 win leaving the visitors to reflect on two missed spot-kicks - one that flew wide and the other that was saved by the Welford goalkeeper.
Welford's B team slumped 4-0 at Inkberrow for whom John Bird bagged a brace, while Bidford's Brett Green went one better as his side rattled up a 6-1 success at Badsey United. Sean Read helped himself to a couple in the Big Meadow men's easy victory.
Tysoe's Neil Dudfield was the section's hottest shot as his four-goal haul helped the hosts to a surprise 4-3 victory over Blockley Sports for whom Andy Borton netted twice.
Reigning Alliance champions Ilming-ton Revolution saw their hopes of retaining the crown suffer a blow as current Aquaid Division One leaders Henley Forest recorded a 3-1 win in the Cotswolds.
Henley now need six points from their three remaining matches to secure the title.
Stratford Spartak netted three times without reply at Alcester, while Earlswood Town doubled that margin of victory helped by three goals for James Brearley and two for Lee Dunkley in a 6-0 win over Badsey United.
Bidford and Quinton shared the goals and the spoils in a 2-2 draw.
A handful of players found the net twice in Herald Division Two with four of them sharing team success.
John Perry and Andy Galbraith helped Henley Reserves overcome Swan Inn, for whom Matt Gibbons also scored two.
