Elliot Grady extended the lead when, after having his shot parried by the keeper, he followed in to ensure it ended up in the net.
James Bearcroft then converted a penalty after Louis Brown was brought down.
After the break the pressure was maintained and an Andrew Powell clearance was controlled by Tom Evans who set up Henry Woods to fire home.
Woods was soon on the score sheet again after running through the defence and blasting home.
Harrison Cother beat two defenders and his cross was flicked on by Woods and finished with venom by Evans.
Saints grabbed a consolation goal from a penalty by then Evesham were already planning their trip to the Whaddon Road final on a day when they also clinched the league title.

COLIN Philpott opened the scoring following a cross from Sam Ford and the scorer was instrumental in the second when his cross was controlled by Ivan Masica for Tom Evans to convert.
James Bearcroft was next off the mark firing home after a surging run through the middle and Henry Woods then headed home another Ford cross.
The provider was next to find the net after making space for himself and Woods added another after a fine run through the defence.

LITTLETON recorded another impressive win but had to wait until the second half to break the deadlock.
Two minutes after the restart, following an impressive build-up, Dave Stringer struck an unstoppable shot from the edge of the area.
Littleton then took over and dominated possession and it wasn't long before Stringer added two more to complete his hat trick.
Despite numerous attempts on goal, the hosts had to wait until the final few minutes before adding a fourth courtesy of a well-taken effort by Ross Pankhurst.
Bredon Colts Athletico U-13 6,
Peopleton 2
TOM Spiers netted the opener in what proved an easy win for the Colts.
Nick Hill then lobbed the goalkeeper for 2-0 before Ed Scarrott's strike sealed the victory.
The scorer was denied a second by the crossbar but Spiers did double his tally before Fred Humphries headed in Hill's corner.
The six-hit show was completed when Scott Bunch tapped in after a miskick by the Peopleton keeper.
Broadway Utd U-11 2, Lakeside 0
REVENGE was gained as United overcame one of only two sides to have defeated them this season.
Connor Hensey hit the bar early on but fortune favoured Broadway when a Lakeside player was adjudged offside when the ball found the net.
A foul on Chris Greenwell gave Luis sine the chance to give United the lead from the spot but his penalty was lifted over the crossbar.
Lakeside had another goal wiped out for offside before Drew Clarke's efforts were finally rewarded when he gave United the lead in the second half.
A second goal from Ben Hoskins then sealed the win that leaves United four points clear at the top of the table.
Harry Parker was named player of the match.

PLAYER of the match Calum Tidy popped up in the final minute to send Drakes into the League Cup Final.
The winners thoroughly deserved their victory after a great display that saw Joe Morral and Tom Greenwood come closest to breaking the deadlock before Tidy netted after Morral's shot had hit the crossbar.
Peopleton 0, Badsey Rgrs U-8 20
RANGERS embarked on a league stroll that saw them find the net 13 times in the second half of a one-sided game.
Ryan Attwood netted a first half-trick to add to other goals from Alex Hillier (2), Jordan Lymn and Robbie Wallace.
Attwood added a fourth after the break - a tally later bettered by a five-goal burst from Tom Benfield.
Lymn, Aaron Jelfs and Matthew Knight all found the net twice, while Nathan Bolland's fine solo strike completed the goal feast.
Ilmington 1, Evesham Utd U-10 2
GOALS from Kieran Grady and Jack Lowe earned Evesham the Ambassador League spoils.
The winners turned in a fine performance but only had Grady's goal to show at the break.
Ilmington levelled soon after the restart despite good defending from player of the match Albert Wall only for Lowe to fire in a deserved winner.
Evesham Utd U-10 1, Broadway 2
THERE was consolation in defeat for the hosts who fared far better in the teams' second meeting of the season.
Broadway had recorded a handsome win earlier in the campaign but they were made to battle all the way to complete a double.
The hosts hit back through Michael Jennings after conceding an early goal but it was Broadway who grabbed the clincher when the United rearguard, in which player of the match Jaspreet Singh was in solid mood, was finally unhinged.
