Elliot Grady extended the lead when, after having his shot parried by the keeper, he followed in to ensure it ended up in the net.
James Bearcroft then converted a penalty after Louis Brown was brought down.
After the break the pressure was maintained and an Andrew Powell clearance was controlled by Tom Evans who set up Henry Woods to fire home.
Woods was soon on the score sheet again after running through the defence and blasting home.
Harrison Cother beat two defenders and his cross was flicked on by Woods and finished with venom by Evans.
Saints grabbed a consolation goal from a penalty by then Evesham were already planning their trip to the Whaddon Road final on a day when they also clinched the league title.
