FOR the first time in the Birdseye Sports Evesham Sunday League's 36-year history, a County Cup Final will feature two member clubs.
Holders Bretforton Old Boys were joined by Gardeners Arms in the final of the WFA Sunday Minor Cup after both clubs recorded comfortable five-goal wins over Ocean Design Rangers and Burlish Olympic Youth respectively.
The Old Boys were leading 1-0 when the visitors were reduced to ten men and from then on there was only one going to be one winner.
Paul Jones led the way with a hat-trick with further goals from Curtis Major and Jon Gregory completing an emphatic semi-final triumph.
Darren Rusher's late strike enabled the Gardener's to match Bretforton's margin of victory.
Gavin Griffiths had earlier netted twice and one apiece from Danny Martin and Dean Williams helped steer the third division side into the final.
Bretforton have already clinched the Division Two title and will be unable to bid for a third success next season should they win this season's showpiece that takes place at Common Road on Friday, April 21, kick-off 7.30pm.
