SIR - Car-owning Arboretum residents who happen to be disabled should take a leaf from the book of Hill Avenue residents and get Worcester City Council to create disabled parking zones in the road outside their houses.
After all, what's the point of a disability discrimination Act if you can't park your means of mobility close enough to have access to it?
