WORCESTER Ladies began the second round of league fixtures with an emphatic 38-5 win at Henley.
The result leaves them in third position in the Premier League table.
Last time the two teams met, in the opening game of the season, Worcester dominated Henley in every aspect of the game, and this fixture looked to be going the same way.
Worcester were rampant in the first-half, with forwards and backs inter-linking to score some fantastic team tries.
The pick of the bunch started from within Worcester's own '22'.
Prop Sam Dale, who was outstanding throughout, found herself in the centre position and drew her player, off-loaded to full-back and captain Nicola Milne, who side-stepped through three Henley players before passing to Scotland number eight Donna Kennedy to have a free run to the line.
Kennedy, who returned to the team after injury, topped off a great individual performance with another try.
Henley did put together some phases of their own, especially in the second-half when Worcester looked to have relaxed too much.
This led to their only try of the game, a forward drive from five metres out.
But, by this point, the game was already won, with winger Amber Penrith, full-back Milne, back-row Katy White and outside-half Alice Lovett all crossing for tries, four of which were successfully converted by Lovett.
Worcester now face Thirsk at Sixways on Sunday afternoon, where they will look to make up for the drawn game last time they met.
