WORCESTER Warriors winger Aisea Havili will not miss out after being handed a one-week ban last night.
The Tongan pleaded guilty to a dangerous tackle on Dave Walder, of Newcastle Falcons, in the match at Kingston Park on New Year's Day.
But Havili's suspension means he will be available again on January 17 in time for the next Guinness Premiership match at Bristol on January 27.
The 28-year-old is unavailable to play anyway in Saturday's European Challenge Cup tie with Amatori Catania at Sixways.
Havili was signed after Warriors handed in the squad list that they must stick to throughout the competition.
The former Celtic Warriors player's hearing was at the London Bloomsbury Holiday Inn before a Rugby Football Union disciplinary panel.
