SEVEN Midlands-based players have been included in the England Under 19 squad for a training match against the Leeds Tykes Academy at Chandos Park today (3.30).
The squad is preparing for the international against the Australia Schools team at Kingsholm, Gloucester, on Friday, December 2.
Matt Mullan, who has broken into the Worcester Warriors' first-team squad this season, is included.
Mullan was a member of last season's England Under 18 Home Unions squad.
He is joined by Worcester team-mate, hooker Matthew Deacon.
Australia Schools will play an England Academies XV at Maidenhead on Saturday, November 26, (1pm) and Midlands Under 18s Academies at Worcester on Tuesday, November 29, (7.30pm).
