WORCESTERSHIRE-based The Armchair Property Investor, a company founded in August 2005, has engineered more than £11.5m of property deals both home and abroad in its first six months of business.

The future looks bright for the owner-managed company, from Bromsgrove. It has already secured 2,500 registered members, and is on course to record almost half a million pounds of gross profit and quadruple its existing membership base by the end of its first trading year.

Co-founded by entrepreneurs, Russell Taylor and Frazer Fearnhead, The Armchair Property Investor aims to help its members generate wealth through property investment, either by sourcing below market value deals or through personal consultations and portfolio building.

The company has been behind the sale of more than of 100 properties in its first six months of trading, and estimates that it has saved its members more than £2m on list prices.

Working with both experienced and novice investors, the company has structured deals from entry level units to high value investment properties.

According to Russell Taylor, the company's early success can be attributed to several factors. He said: "With the benefit of 15 years combined property investment experience, Frazer and I are able to capitalise on long-established relationships with developers and our astute understanding of the property market.

"We are therefore able to regularly offer our growing membership base a range of attractive investment propositions and are well-equipped to assess all deals to ensure they meet our criteria in terms of risk and reward, growth and income."
