BLISS Gate extended their unbeaten run to 15 matches with a blistering win over Rising Sun B in the Banks's Bewdley Darts League.
Despite Richard Adams losing the first leg to Sun's Shaun Portman, Gate hit back in style with Mat Sheehan, Tim Green, Richard Pollard, Colin Collier cleaning up.
Red Lion A had to concede a leg with an under-strength team against Great Western but still secured the win as Anthony Morris and Tony Danks took the vital leg.
Bewdley A gave Waggon B a good fight in all seven legs, only losing out to precise finishing from Des Tipper, Andy Brown, and one dart Ben Rochford.
Bewdley's only reply of the night came when Dave Thomson clocked out on 76 and George Evans hit an 85 clock out.
Poor finishing from Bewdley B's Adie Mayall and Dave Green let Waggon B's Tony Barrett and Steve Bradbury recover from a 157 deficit in the final leg to win the match. The highlight was Craig Pointon's 11-darter in the opening leg.
Cock & Magpie's good form continued as they beat Black Boy B, while lowly WSC won only one leg against in-form Red Lion B. Waggon & Horses v Rising Sun A was postponed.
