Callowbrook Swifts 0,
Evesham Utd U-12 B 1
FINE defensive work from Josh Woods and James Hitchman helped repel early Swifts pressure before Joe Iorns replied with a United effort that was unlucky not to find the back of the net.
Evesham's improved attacking efforts were rewarded when Dan Wilcox netted a brilliant goal and only good saves from the home keeper kept out another shot from Iorns.
It was the United back line that caught the eye after the break when Sam Penfold, James Brown and Tom Saunders proved a solid barrier as the visiting goal survived albeit with the help of the crossbar.
