Clampdown on EC lorries. At last someone has taking these people to task, well done Cllr Barnes and MEP Liz Lynne.

Twice I have come up against these huge lorries. On the car park at Twyford G.C I watched from my office as a German driver pushed the back of my parked car in.

Years later I was forced onto the small roundabout turning in the right hand lane for Broadway by a Dutch lefthand drive lorry. He pulled into the next layby to have lunch unaware and denying he'd dragged my mirror and wing apart. The problem is when you ring the police (he kept denying he'd touched me) they won't come unless someone is hurt.

These accidents cost me a lot of money in repairs over a very long period.
