FORMER South Bromsgrove High School pupil Jordan Crane grabbed the final try as England under-21s beat Ireland 40-5 at Worcester Warriors and sealed a grand slam in the Six Nations.
Crane took advantage of a quickly taken tap penalty to crash his way over and seal an impressive tournament by the youngster.
England were in complete control from the start of the game and Newcastle's Toby Flood grabbed two penalties before James Haskell (Wasps) touched down.
Flood added another penalty and converted David Wilson's try (Newcastle).
Bath's Nick Abendanon grabbed three second half tries and Crane completed the scoring.
l Three Bromsgrove School pupils are waiting to hear if they will be selected for England under-18s squad going to the AER Championships.
George Crook, Joel Diggins and George Thomas helped the under-18s team beat Scotland 17-10 on Saturday at Murrayfield.
England selectors will announce the under-18s squad at the end of the week.
Both England under-18s squads will be playing on Sunday, March 26, when they take on Loughborough University's freshers team as a final warm up.
l Matthew Mullan has been selected to be a part of England under-19s' squad going to the IRB World Cup in Dubai during April.
The Bromsgrove School pupil, who played for England in the Six Nations in March, will be helping England take on France and Samoa in Pool D.
