I WOULD be grateful if you could announce details of the Holly Lodge and James Watt Schools' Old Boys' Association Dinner at The Clarendon Suite, Stirling Road, Birmingham on Friday, May 12.
The association was formed from ex-pupils of two schools which were located in Smethwick, and there are regularly 250 to 300 old boys in attendance.
Many travel from as far away as Canada, USA, New Zealand and Australia. However, there are still many old boys unaware of the association.
The cost of the evening is £20, which includes a four-course meal and an after dinner speaker, together with a night of nostalgia with old schoolmates.
Former pupil's of James Watt Technical School or Holly Lodge Grammar School who would like more details should contact either Mick Kenna on 0121 585 6388/07703 129991 or
Jon Deakin on 0121 585 5476 for further details.
Mick Kenna,
Honorary Secretary.
